A worried mind is a state of mental distress filled with anxious thoughts, fears and uncertainty about the future.

Finding relaxation can be challenging, as we may struggle to let go and be at peace. The fear of the unknown can often lead to feelings of anxiety and unease, making it difficult to fully embrace the present moment because we struggle with letting go of control (to protect ourselves).

In this comprehensive guide, we will explore various topics to gain a deeper understanding of these challenges. Personally, I have found that reminding myself that everything is okay when I start to feel anxious has helped me relax and be more present.
